How can I check the order status of my item?
You can check on your order, from the link to your order page which was sent to the email after you made the order. Just open the email we sent you and click the link, then it will take you to a page with all of your order details on it. Sometimes the tracking number doesn't get updated straight away, but after a few days it will be visible for you to track. Items are usually sent out within 48 hours.
I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?
Sometimes postage delays occur such as public holidays or just general busy time periods for the post office may add a few more days to the delivery time. If you have still have not received your item, please contact us with your order number and the sales team will be more than happy to help you.
Nothing shows up when I reach the shipping page?
This usually means we have not shipped to your country before. Please contact us with your country and we will make the appropriate adjustments.

What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be helpful if you contact the post office with the tracking number. They can usually track it down for you.
What if I wrote the wrong address?
If you entered the wrong address, then you are held responsible. You will have to pay for a replacement
What happens if a package isn't delivered, but the tracking states that it did?
We will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
In the rare cases that a package is marked as delivered by the courier, but you report that you are yet to receive it, we would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."
If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future! Your best option in this case would be to contact the courier service that was used to deliver your parcel.
What happens if my item is delivered but isn't as described?
If for whatever reason your item arrives damaged or in the wrong color for example, we will happily send you a replacement. We will not be sending a replacement for 'change of mind' or if you ordered the wrong size. All our items have a measurement table and are in US sizes, so please make sure that you order the correct size.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
